Shipping policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional processing time for custom orders.
Rates:
Shipping is available to most countries. The shipping rate will depend on where you are located and will be calculated at the checkout page. PLEASE NOTE, depending on the country you order from, you may have to pay local customs fees and/or duties to collect your package, depending on the value. Moi Customs does not pay or charge for these fees.
All orders over $200 CAD within Canada and the U.S. qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact moicustoms@outlook.com with your name and order number, and the issue will be looked into.
